I am a PhD student in the Synthetic Systems Biology and Nuclear Organization group at the University of Amsterdam under supervision of Hans Westerhoff and Matteo Barberis. In my research I focus on understanding large and small biological networks through mathematical modeling and data analysis. I have specifically focused on oscillatory behavior of molecular regulators in the budding yeast cell cycle regulatory network, metabolic gear-shifting, flux balance analysis and ChIP-exo data analysis.
